We use both Royal Mail and a courier service to deliver our parcels. If delivery is made by Royal Mail and no-one is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s), a card will be left informing the recipient that an attempt has been made. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the parcel re-delivered or where the parcel can be picked up from. If delivery is by our couriers, two attempts will be made to deliver the item. Should you require a third attempt at delivery, there will be a charge for this service.
If you require the parcel to be left safe please place this information in the special instructions window as we cannot leave the parcel without this information.If The parcel is returned to us after 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier a £5 charge may be applied.
RETURNS: We are happy to accept returns if they are in the smae condition as we sent them out. Please return them within 2 weeks of your order date. We will then credit your card back in full less the postage cost.Returns should be made to:
