Helium Filled 12" Shiny Balloons

WE CAN ONLY DELIVER THESE LATEX BALLOONS IN OUR LOCAL AREA WHICH IS ALL CT POSTCODES. The minimum order is for 20 balloons which you may have in any colour combination, i.e you may have 3 red, 2 blue, 1 orange, 1 black etc etc. 12 inch balloons will float and look their best for around 12 hours when inflated. Each balloon will be delivered inflated and on a long curling ribbon. These latex balloons have a shiny metallic finish to them.
